Some of the mental health urgent care team attended @_ItsMental_ today. Was really great to link in with local services/ teams + charities we can signpost service users to. We got to try some classes and even tried a Cacoa ceremony @GMMH_NHS#mentalhealth
I was always told to sit closest to the door when working in mental health. As a 15 stone man working with traumatised women I wonder how much unnecessary fear I inflicted over the years.
I do the opposite these days.
