@bbclaurak Your blog post specifies you can “to meet one person from outside your own household as long as you stay two metres apart” pretty sure this was not in the PMs announcement and they specifically said not meeting ppl outside household. Pls confirm
@Ocado your site was paused on Friday so you could not get on and on Saturday it said come back Sunday to edit orders for Monday and Tuesday. Here I am at the allotted time and there is no queue in operation, no way to logon. How do I edit my Monday order so it is not wasted
@Ocado@Mrs_Normie But will you let anyone on the site today to edit Monday’s orders? It’s been paused or closed 2 days now and today’s messaging says nothing about those with orders on Monday. If you were clearer with your comms you wouldn’t have so many messages to deal with!!
@sainsburys - my father in law is high risk as in recovery from a bone marrow transplant for leukaemia. How can we get him on the list for priority delivery? He and my MIL are one of those who must remain at home next 12 weeks and I can’t deliver as too far/pregnant? Thank you!!
Not sure how we are supposed to resolve our cancelled/not cancelled flight with @British_Airways if you call the support line and they cut you off each time! Unbelievably poor customer service, especially when many cancellations were actually sent in error!

Hi @RoSPA can you advise how to escalate dangerous ops of rescue company? Raised a complaint to @TheRAC_UK about a rescue that almost led to a serious road traffic accident and they have dismissed it as it was ��per process”. Trying to flag that process is unsafe
