@BTCare Thank you Jonny - Bit of feedback - the online chat service is absolutely useless and they are unbelievable unhelpful!

[Katt Perry @KattPerry]

@BTCare Hi, yes I can see the email and that is correct however the pending order online is different.. does this matter?

[Katt Perry @KattPerry]

@BTCare Hi - when I view the order online it only says unlimited weekend in the pending order - it needs anytime calls

[Katt Perry @KattPerry]

@BTCare I cannot see the on my online account - can you please send some kind of email confirmation?

[Katt Perry @KattPerry]

@BTCare We have a new order - it should have unlimited anytime calls but according to your service in india it's only weekend...

[Katt Perry @KattPerry]

@BTCare Alanah dealt with a complaint for me and it was resolved - however upon checking the account it is not resolved and part is missing

[Katt Perry @KattPerry]

@BTCare I will direct message, can you call me please

[Katt Perry @KattPerry]

@BTCare Hello - can I speak to Alanah please

[Katt Perry @KattPerry]

@BTCare done

[Katt Perry @KattPerry]

@BTCare I put my email address on the online form yes.

[Katt Perry @KattPerry]

@BTCare. After I submitted the online form it just said a response in 7 days. Never gave me anything else.

[Katt Perry @KattPerry]

@BTCare I raised it via the online form on 5/12 no acknowledgement. Raised with chat again today and she logged under VOL013-170696421992

[Katt Perry @KattPerry]

@BTCare I finally managed to get a complaint reference from that if it helps? It's about my mother's account after my father's passing

[Katt Perry @KattPerry]

@BTCare I have a rather large complaint that has yet to be acknowledged. Spoke to someone on chat today who couldn't wait to disconnect me.

[Katt Perry @KattPerry]
