@TheBigPlus1@janeyellene I just dont think that most people where going around 'shell shocked' as you said. Obviously the veterans returning from war was a diffent matter.
@TheBigPlus1@janeyellene My Neighbour was 17 when the war ended, she said there was a great spirit of keep Calm And Carry on.
People just got on with things. It wasnt propaganda it was what was actually happening.
@according2_taz I fear the monarchy is a risk now. A lot of people will feel betrayed as I can see them worming their way back in with Charles. Alot of respect will be lost. What's going to happen at Christmas? Does Charles appear cold and not invite them or invite them and then they are back in
@Elizabeth95023@janeyellene But people kept themselves clean. To say they look too clean and middle class is ridiculous. It was harder then but people had pride in themselves. These girls are obviously middle class. They look older so it would have been an evening class which would have required money.
@Elizabeth95023@janeyellene They all look too clean! Do you think every one from the 1900's goes around with soot on their face. Saying "cor blimey mate" 🙄
Paris, 1896, Avenue des Champs-Élysées.
A governess watches over her three young charges on one of the world's most famous avenues. The sand beneath the trees and along the roadside is there to provide a softer surface for pedestrians as well as helping horse drawn carriage wheels grip the road, it also served as a great distraction for young children!

@englandincolour This is AI . Or has lots of AI in it. Some of the people are out of proportion with their surroundings and in the last scene there is a driverless horse and cart running though at quite a speed and seems to pass straight through a lady.
