Can someone here help escalate to @pharmeasyapp ? I am tired of talking to chatbot that has not been trained to take a complaint once & record! U chk for an update but b4 that pay respects to Chatbot! Then you get an auto response..and then you wait in queue to speak to an agent!

@pharmeasyapp Also do check the Average wait time for calls - its MINIMUM 10mins and you assume that consumer has nothing else to do but call you every day for a Hello!!!

Did u know @Swiggy doesnt cancel orders? Even if u cancel in 4mins? Placed an order at 8.55pm &my phone died. Placed again at 8.58pm. Paid & got confirmation. Next i know that 1st order is also placed. At 8.59pm I cancelled 1st online. And I am told, i cannot cancel! #Unethical.
