I have been transferring money from ShipMoney to my bank account through Western Union and it cannot be completed and was reference code C2002. I sent you an email since 4th Feb. given a ticket number and still nothing has changed yet. Can I get solution please?

@KenyaPower_Care I have paid my bill on a smart meter for postpaid since Friday last week and I don’t have power in my house till now (4days) you say smart meters reconnect themselves automatically, I don’t understand why am in darkness and all the food in fridge is rotten!
