@virginmedia That is over a week away. How is this acceptable? What is the problem and why is it taking so long? Why does your website say service is fine? Why does your helpline say it is intermittent when it is completely down? Patience has worn thin
@virginmedia Customer of over 10 years. No TV or internet for 2nd day now. I called up and was told it would be fixed by 2nd of September (more than a week away!). You are forcing me to cancel
