@NYCSanitation We have been more than patient with waiting for our street to be plowed it is now February 25. We still don’t have the street plowed the school buses still can’t get up the street to pick up special needs children and every other street in our surrounding area has been plowed.
Still no plows in sight. The ploughing site is inaccurate. Please send a supervisor to check the secondary and tertiary streets off of Richmond Terrace in Staten Island. We are stuck in our homes and children can’t make it to school. Mail cannot be delivered.@nyc311@NYCMayor
@flagstar Is there someone in your Staten Island territory who can help a PTA change signatories on an account? You closed our local branch, and the process have been exhausting.

@verizonfios I don’t want $5 bill credit. I want the service that I pay for and you advised. No internet for 4 days. On the phone for a total of 5hrs. Tech visit - and still nothing but “I’m sorry we’ll look in to it - here’s a ticket number” DO BETTER!!

@CaesarsSports Is there an issue with NY accounts? My account was suspended with no explanation of why at 8 am on 2/13. Your phone number for NY accounts Is not working. And no one is responding to your emails. This is not a good way to do business.
@NYCSanitation I would like to say thank you to the men on truck 25DP991 who picked up on Elizabeth Ave on SI, this morning One of the neighbors didn’t secure the recycling and the plastics went every where. The driver stopped and picked up ever can and bottle. Great job!!!
@Walmart What is your price match policy? Is each store allowed to make there own. If so and your Bayonne NJ store does not follow it, it should be clearly posted.
