BREAKING: In a landmark new legal opinion, DOJ has effectively repealed a race-based Obama-era expansion of "disparate impact" liability that ordered EEOC to punish employers who conduct criminal background checks of black job applicants by declaring the EEOC rule "unlawful and unconstitutional."

The ruling comes on the heels of the CFPB last month dismantling another Obama "disparate impact" rule ordering credit regulators to prosecute banks and lenders for discriminating against black borrowers based solely on statistical disparities in loan approvals and interest rates even when those disparities are explained by credit risk, not race.

The Biden Administration never even met these adults: they gave the minors to third party contractors and the contractors drove the minors to the unknown adult “sponsors.” The “official” addresses on government forms usually faked or abandoned. Then, the Biden Administration would administratively close the case ensuring that the minor would disappear.

Woman walks into a family-owned ice cream shop, keeps changing her order, and racks up nearly $50 worth of food and ice cream. Then, when it’s time to pay, she suddenly says she has no money and claims the employees told her everything was free.

A customer who watched the whole thing stepped in and backed up the workers, saying nobody ever offered her free food. After realizing people weren’t buying the story, she ditched the order and walked out empty-handed. Small businesses deal with enough already.
