@Delta what a NIGHTMARE! Daughter at JFK long in advance, boarding plane to Charlotte, and suddenly told “it’s full”. 3 agents say “nothing we can do” and TRY to make it her fault! No other flights until Wednesday? And “we can’t help you”? Another airline getting bad reviews!!!

@Delta disappointed in what WAS our family’s go-to airline. Overbooking & bad attitudes at the service desk, & giving away seats that were already chosen long in advance??? WTH??? And no flights from JFK to CLT for 2 more days??? Now they want a $99 fee??? Nope 👎🏾 #DeltaSucks

@Delta DL5156 from JFK to CLT was grossly overbooked. Because my daughter was at the gate more than an hour early, chkd in yesterday, had no checked bag, & chose her seat last week, NO EXCUSES. Now “there’s nothing we can do” and no flights until WEDNESDAY???? #DeltaSucks

@Delta looks like our entire family will look for a new go-to airline because Delta’s service at the gate is AWFUL TODAY! DL5156 was grossly overbooked but airline takes NO RESPONSIBILITY. Absolutely no apologies and no help in making things right. #DeltaSucks

So Delta is still trying to make it my daughter’s fault that they overbooked and made a mistake by not allowing her to take her pre-selected seat on the plane? They allowed standbys on right after disabled passengers. Daughter was at gate ONE HOUR early! @Delta unacceptable!

These #Delta gate agents and desk folks were AWFUL today! #DL5156 overbooked and NASTY desk agents saying “nothing we can do”. It was nice for a while but moving on from @Delta.

Boarded our flight, doors shut… I was so hopeful… and now at least 90 min delay. Bleary eyed coming at you for @GMA … I’m just so confused these poor airlines/airports seem to be getting more and more dysfunctional
