@AmericanAir I need someone from your customer service department to connect with me ASAP and search for my luggage or at the bare minimum, communicate that it is found or lost or something. I am appalled that this is how you all operate towards your customers.

@AmericanAir Not only was I displaced and left stranded in Charlotte, but when I submitted a claim to have my bags brought back to NC because they apparently were sent to Jacksonville, FL before I was… I was told they would be returned in 24 hours.

@AmericanAir I waited in line for nearly 2 hours just to be told I need to request a refund virtually. No mention of hotel accommodations or anything for displacing me. Then you rebooked my flight for 7:30pm the NEXT DAY. Was I supposed to stay at the airport for almost 24 hours

@AmericanAir I am extremely dissatisfied with you all. Last week, you all delayed my flight and then canceled at nearly 11:30pm leaving me stranded in Charlotte, NC forcing me to cancel my trip to see family altogether. I waited in customer service line for nearly 2 hours…
