@BandQ Wow. Call finally escalated (after another 15 mins on hold) only to be dropped at 1hr 59m 11s (very rudely) with no discussion?! There's STILL a massive data breach here that needs to be investigated and resolved. Staff are EXTREMELY rude, dismissive and AWFUL. Do you care?!?!
@BandQ Is it customary to ignore serious complaints about 3rd party sellers using customer details on Amazon to fulfil their orders? Housemate (not on social media so can't DM himself) still waiting for management who are supposed to be investigating & calling back (1/2)
@BandQ It's getting worse. Came back after 30 mins on hold stating complaint closed after 3 attempts to contact. Management DID contact & confirmed investigation. Now put BACK on hold without explanation?! How in the world do we escalate this to be resolved?!?!
@BandQ What do you suggest? How else is he supposed to get this resolved if nobody will speak with him? Nobody has replied to emails he's sent. 32 mins to get through on phone only to be left on hold?! Absolutely ridiculous.
Call centre staff are awful, do not and will not listen when trying to chase this up. Just keep putting him on hold, refusing to get managers, and act like they're just waiting for him to hang up?? What's going on?!
@BandQ Thanks for replying. They've managed to get through to someone who's actually trying to help, thankfully. But oh my, the issue is MASSIVE. Allowing 3rd party sellers to sell through B&Q then enter customer details & send stuff via their own Amazon accounts?! What?! π Not good!
@BandQ Is it standard practice for your call centre agents to hang up on someone who's complaining? My housemate has called twice and has been hung up on after asking to speak to a manager about false advertising by 3rd party sellers.

@Halfords_uk I didn't get his name, but whoever was on the Bikes upstairs at the Barry Waterfront store was awesome. We had a lot of questions which he answered effortlessly & he chatted to us for a while to make sure we'd covered everything. Would love this to be passed on to his manager!
