I knew Jake would blame Rebecca, just like he did Vanessa.

Regardless of those women’s involvement, Jake should never have been allowed near children after what he did to baby promise.

Once again the system fails children.

He should have never been allowed custody of any child after what he did to Promise. He basically took her life and only served 1 day.

As a loyal customer for at least 20 yrs I find it troubling that you put this pressure on simple customer services reps. It’s all AI and copy and paste. And when you get someone real they are clearly already traumatized by the abuse they must suffer daily from customers.

@Oregonian That should be a more curious citation… like child endangerment! Speeding, illegal lane change, and failing to properly secure a child passenger is not enough in my opinion.
Thankfully the child is okay.

I’m not FKR, but it was disgusting how many people excused his behavior in order to defend the case.
