@British_Airways I am disgusted at the poor customer service BA provides to customers. The BA Club tier changes happening half way through a yr collection point, downgrading status & benefits is appalling, especially when told I would be downgraded a 2nd time in a year to Bronze!

Signed - this is so important for the future of DT. Never have we, as a nation, needed skilled workers more. The students I am teaching now will define the future of our world. If we do not train staff to teach these skills - what will the future look like?
