Sure Billy might not be the best coach in mind when it comes to competing at a high level in the league, but he is damn good at elevating the floor when it comes to young teams.

He is one of the most winningest coaches in NCAA History. I think Billy Donovan best strength is not so much developing particular players but more of helping build a strong team morale. I think he did a spectacular job with the young core which was the 2020 Thunder and he did a good job building up the morale in his first season with us in 2021.
