@MichelleKinney @Delta @Delta owes me $1700 for cxl flights-“Crew Uncovered”. I spent 20.5 hours of my $13,000, 7 day trip trying to fix it. They separated my daughter, she had to stay in Dallas because she couldn’t get on our flight back to MN, then they canceled hers. Now refusing to pay!

I spent 20.5 hours over 3 days of a 7 day trip fixing 2 cancelled flights, one for “Normal Operations,Crew Uncovered.” No timely solution, refused my request for another airline.I’m owed $1300 for alternative flights, and Customer Care won’t respond!

@Delta My kids flight was cancelled due to crew uncovered(controllable). I spent hours trying to rebook and was told no options; I had to book the flight to get them home. My reimbursement claim was denied. I had to spend $1700 to get my kids home, they are giving me $160! How?

@Delta U canceled flights out of Jamaica, I lost a day of vacation to find flights out. Rebooked, but you left two behind. I left my kids in Dallas because you screwed up. I’m on a flight back to MN. They have to overnight in Dallas. NOW YOU CANCELED THEIR FLIGHT HOME! DO BETTER!
