@twigletsahoy@thon45965514@ManUtdMatchday I get that for the transfers. But for zero credits, just allow people to cancel online once a person has registered interest and committed/consented to automatic payment of their choice for the match. Is such an easy solution that would avoid all these calls/emails to ticketing.
@twigletsahoy@thon45965514@ManUtdMatchday I think this system works well until it’s sold out. But if it goes down to zero credits, then there should be some system in play to allow for automatic purchases once tickets are returned to avoid this hassle. Especially if they’re not allowing transfers.
@thon45965514@ManUtdMatchday This system has left a bitter taste in my mouth. No announcement when tickets will go on sale, not able to transfer, no knowledge of how many will be available. Why not register, prepay, and then just do it lottery style? They're already doing this for live music in the UK.
@moizali@moizali - I've been in the industry for 10 years in retail and manufacturing, and I could not agree with you more. If you ever wanted to explore this route, or had any questions, I'd love to talk. There is a lot of opportunity, I just sent you a DM.
@Greyhead19 Ahhh got it. Thanks for the reply. I’ve been using this team name 2010, I like to think I’m the original 😂. Team ID 13478. Good luck this season.
