UPDATE: Service has now been restored to all customers affected, if you are still without service then please switch off at the wall for 30 seconds and then switch back on again, if you are still without service following this please give us a call.
NEWS: We are aware of a service outage affecting around 200 properties in the HU8 O area of east Hull. This is due to our underground cables being damaged by a crew working for MS3 drilling to install a telegraph pole at around 12.30pm today. We apologise for any inconvenience.

We believe around 167 properties are currently affected by the outage and 232 could be affected during the repair process. Our engineers are still assessing the situation and we’ll keep you updated.
