@discord I'm getting an issue where my discord loading screen is stuck on "checking for updates." This has been happening ever since my discord froze and got stuck on "connecting." I closed it, tried to reopen, and this starting happening. Any suggestions on how to fix this?

@AmiensusMn Np and thanks for getting back to me! That could be it. It's since been deleted but I believe it was called "I Am (Reborn)." Clean vocals sounded pitched up, beat was more electro, and a cappella "bo doo doo" noises were added in the background. spookyyyy

@discordapp Today discord automatically updated, and suddenly became extremely laggy. I cannot scroll through a chatroom or a server list without the fps dropping drastically and my computer heating up. It's the same with typing. Would you know of any way to fix this?

I've just uninstalled Discord in attempt to reinstall, but I'm not noticing that I can't even reach the site because it is taking too long to respond, so I can't even redownload it now.

@ATVIAssist So far I have tried scaling down my settings from my computer, restarting steam, restarting my computer, reinstalling the game, and verifying the integrity of the game files. Unfortunately, nothing has worked yet, which is disappointing because I was hoping to stream this game (3

@ATVIAssist resolution settings on it. If I do, the screen goes black for a bit, and I get a "fatal error" message forcing me to force quit with task manager. Also, when I do play the singleplayer game, it's not actually in full screen and is bordered by thick black stripes on the side 2/3

@ATVIAssist Thanks so much for your reply! I'll try to be as concise as I can. I have a Lenovo with 4k scaling and it's caused me trouble with some games in the past. In this case, the multiplayer version is working just fine, but I cannot tab out of my singleplayer game OR change the (1/2)
