A submission form is now live for all users who held an active account, as defined in the form, at the time of the freeze on August 29th, 2023, across all programs: Evaluation, Accelerated, and Rapid. The link is provided in the first comment on this post. If this applies to you, complete the form carefully and provide complete and accurate information. The submission window will remain open for One Month, after which we will begin communicating next steps.

This form is being used for data collection and reconciliation only. Submission does not constitute a determination of eligibility or outcome, and next steps for each account will be communicated at a later stage.

Separately, reward disbursements for funded accounts with positive equity at the time of the freeze remain in progress and continue to be issued as trader information is received and verified.

Upon submission, a Case ID will be generated automatically. You may use it to track the status of your submission through the Official MFF Case Tracker. Given the volume of submissions we anticipate, we aim to provide an initial update within 3–4 weeks of your submission.

The information you provide must be accurate. Any submission found to be false, embellished, or otherwise misleading will be set aside and will not be taken forward.
