@My_Metro just been told to get off at Jarrow if we want to go get S.Shields. Train stuck at Tyne Dock. Can't use daysaver metro ticket on bus, had to pay another £4. No replacement bus service. Metro continues to be a substandard disgrace, this is why we RARELY use it.
