This 17 year old assaulted an off duty firefighter who was trying to stop them from harassing an elderly couple in the street . The pos came up behind John Mongielo punching him in the head then stomping on him giving him a concussion, and 25 stitches .
His entire firefighter precinct came out to stare Johnson down after his court hearing..
He was charged with Second degree assault, and sentenced to five years in prison .
