'In [a] study of 474 scientists, 30% of women reported feeling unsafe at work, compared to 2% of men (Clancy et al., 2017). The rates were even higher for women of color, where almost 50% of women scientists of color reported feeling unsafe at work [ibid].' (Llorens et al 2021)
