@Citi@AmerBanker Maybe using AI will make it so I don’t have to call your fraud department every time I use my Citi credit card. @Chase and @AmericanExpress don’t make me do this.
@Citi is a joke. Every time I use my card i have to spend 20 minutes on the phone with their “fraud department” @AmericanExpress and @Chase don’t do this. They are way better credit card companies. @AmericanAir please pick a better credit card partner.
@AlaskaAir I’d recommend checking you customer service policies. You cancelled my flight have no agents at your customer service counter and when I finally found someone to rebook me to preferred flirting with girls than helping customers. Guess I’m switching to @Delta
