Sales leaders: if you're not connecting AI to your CRM, you're missing out.
This week I built my board report by talking to Salesforce through Claude. No clicks, no logins, no exports.
Start with yourself. Then your team.
I moved my office into the old playroom tonight so the kids could have more space…I left a few toys behind. So every time I look at them, I remember exactly who I’m grinding for.
"I don't even watch basketball...I don't ever think I've ever seen a game, I have no interest...but I do know Michael Jordan was the best, so I watched every documentary on him..."
Sam Ovens (founder of Skool) had a major epiphany while watching Michael Jordan To The Max and he talked about it here 👇

A kid’s tantrum is often the proof you just set a real boundary.
Dr. Becky Kennedy is clear on this. When you hold a true limit for the first time, the reaction is almost always the same: big feelings. Parents usually read that explosion as failure. It is frequently the opposite. The tantrum means the boundary landed. You did the hard part.
Once you see the upset as confirmation instead of catastrophe, you stop scrambling to undo it. You can validate the feeling and still keep the line. “I know you want more TV. It’s still not happening.”
The parents who last are the ones who stop treating every meltdown as a referendum on their worth.
We're introducing Claude for Teachers: free access to premium Claude capabilities for verified K-12 educators in the US, with a library of teaching skills and a direct connection to evidence-based curricula, mapped to academic standards in all 50 states.

Landing in Atlanta on the day of a World Cup match felt like a small cruelty. Knowing Lionel Messi was playing just two miles down the road, while I sat in work meetings, was quietly devastating. But what I experienced afterward more than made up for it.
In the hotel elevator I met an Argentinian fan who had already been to every one of his country’s matches in this tournament. When I asked him about the thrilling comeback win over Egypt that afternoon, the emotion poured out of him in a way that stopped me cold. Later that evening I watched hundreds of fans singing through the streets, and the restaurant I was in suddenly erupted into a chant that swept up everyone in the room. You didn’t need to speak the language to understand what it meant to those people.
That’s the other side of this coin.
Soccer is the simplest game there is. You can play it with a ball made of rags on a patch of dirt, yet those who take that simplicity and turn it into something beautiful earn a respect that crosses every boundary, money, race, politics, language. It unites people like little else on earth.
Here in America our affections are spread across football, basketball, baseball, hockey. We have passionate fan bases that live and breathe their teams: Bills Mafia in Buffalo, Big Blue Nation in Kentucky, the Red Sox faithful in Boston, the die-hard hockey crowds in Detroit. We know what singular devotion looks like.
Now imagine that passion had only one outlet. One sport. One team. One moment every four years that carries the hopes of an entire nation. That’s what the World Cup is for these fans.
That’s the weight on Lionel Messi’s shoulders.
And what he is doing at 39 is nothing short of a gift. To still be performing at this level, against players nearly 20 years younger, delivering magic in the biggest moments, it is phenomenal at any age. But seeing it now, after two decades at the absolute highest level, is something I’ll never forget. Brady and LeBron have sustained greatness. Jordan remains the standard of excellence in American sports. But none of them carried quite this burden: a year-round schedule, the eyes of the entire world, and the dreams of a nation and a sport resting on their shoulders every single time they stepped on the field.
I left that night grateful. Grateful for the chance encounter in the elevator, grateful for the songs in the street, and most of all, grateful to be alive to witness what Messi is still doing. This beautiful game has a way of reminding you why it matters so much.

I think I can speak on behalf of all the soccer diehards in the US and fans of the national team. I don’t want to talk about last night. There’s not much to say after that performance.
But here’s what I will say: these last three weeks have been incredible for the sport and for this country. The love for the game is real now, and that’s what matters most. This sport is beautiful. Let’s keep that momentum going. ⚽❤️ #USMNT
I love @claudeai toolset and the compounding impact it can bring to individuals and teams - however, if you are not using @perplexity_ai to compliment this work with research strategy and discovery.. you are missing out.
The AI infrastructure boom is generating strong demand for skilled blue-collar workers. In fact, there’s a shortage of electricians, fiber technicians, and mechanical tradespeople needed to build and maintain AI data centers. Meta’s new $115M America’s Workforce Academy provides paid training plus job guarantees for exactly these roles. This is the kind of practical jobs training program that we need more of.
opus 4.8 dropped 4 days ago and we've already rebuilt our entire lead gen pipeline on top of it
not for some bs like "writing better cold outreach messages"
we built a FULL end-to-end email + linkedin outbound system that scrapes leads from 5 untapped databases, writes scripts from real market psychology, sequences across 3 channels, handles replies automatically, and books 60+ calls/mo with 1-2 hours of daily actions
and i just documented the ENTIRE thing inside 1 notion guide...
here's EVERYTHING that's inside:
→ the dynamic workflow prompt that scrapes google maps, crunchbase, X engagement, reddit, and upwork leads IN PARALLEL in one session (scored, verified, enriched, and ready to send in 45-90 minutes)
→ the max-effort market research prompt that found "predictable pipeline" converts 4x better than "more leads" for one client's ICP (increased reply rates from 2.8% to 4.6% on the same list)
→ the script generator that writes 9 emails + 6 inmail DMs from actual ICP language, not templates (3 angles, 3 channels, spintax built in, spam triggers auto-flagged)
→ the reply handling system that replaced a $5k/mo setter (classifies replies with 95%+ accuracy, drafts responses in 2 minutes, human approves in 15 seconds via slack)
→ the CRM that builds itself from call data (deal stages, follow-up tasks, confirmation sequences, contract drafting from fireflies transcripts)
all backed by 100s of qualified meetings booked and $4.8M+ in pipeline revenue generated.
