Ordered a queen-sized cot (Order #OD430788973164751100) on March 21st. Delivery guys refused to bring it up to my 3rd floor apartment (clearly mentioned in the address) & I had to hire extra help (Rs. 400).
Then, the product arrived incomplete & Flipkart initiated a return request without even asking me! The pick-up team showed up with the wrong size vehicle TWICE and refused to take the unpacked cot (should have been repacked by their installer).
