@StarHealthIns Very **Bad** Customer experience (Along with Worst Grievance team) Ref CIR/2025/161130/0139873, team is denying the claim for treatment where the insured person and hospital authorities have clearly stated that it is unjustified. Clearly u r not valuing ur Customer

@airindia Very disappointing customer behavior from Air I dia support staff. Firstly the staff damaged my luggage and now when seeking for claim, The complete team in not responding.
