Silence is not leadership.
I have formally called for federal oversight of the Champaign County elections because every voter deserves transparency and accountability. I addressed the public this morning outside the Champaign County Courthouse.
Now I’ll ask again: Where is Kwame Raoul?

Every year, Springfield celebrates passing another "balanced budget".
Meanwhile, Illinois families are sitting at their kitchen tables figuring out how to balance their own budgets. There's a BIG difference.
When government talks about "new revenue," families know what that really means. It means more of THEIR paycheck.
Every dollar government spends came from someone who worked hard to earn it.
Juliana Stratton has been part of the leadership making those decisions for years. Before we send that same leadership to Washington we should ask, "has that leadership REALLY worked for Illinois families?" No. No, it hasn't.
Boeing. Caterpillar. Citadel. Tyson. Guggenheim. The Bears. True Value.
The only way we can reverse the exodus is by capping commercial and residential property taxes to keep jobs, investment, and families right here in Illinois.
⚖️ CTU LEGAL UPDATE: CHICAGO FLIPS RED LLC CO-FOUNDER ZOE MARSH-LEIGH WINS MOTION TO QUASH SUBPOENA AGAINST CHICAGO FLIPS RED LLC
Since April 2026, the Chicago Teachers Union (CTU) has pursued Orders of Protection against Chicago Flips Red Co-Founder and President Zoe Marsh-Leigh, Chicago Flips Red Co-Founder, Vice President, and 2027 Chicago mayoral candidate Danielle Carter-Walters, and Gerardo “Ray” Negrete.
As part of that litigation, CTU issued a subpoena seeking records from Chicago Flips Red LLC, a non-party to the case.
Zoe Marsh-Leigh filed a Motion to Quash, arguing that the subpoena should not be enforced.
Today, the Circuit Court granted Zoe Marsh-Leigh’s Motion to Quash.
As a result, the subpoena issued to Chicago Flips Red LLC has been quashed and will not be enforced under the court’s order.
While the underlying litigation remains pending, this ruling is an important legal victory for Chicago Flips Red LLC and affirms its right to challenge subpoenas it believes are improper.
We will continue to defend our constitutional rights and protect our organization through the legal process.
