Non-advanced systemic #mastocytosis, including indolent SM, is a rare, clonal mast cell neoplasm primarily driven by the KIT D816V mutation. SM is often difficult to diagnose, as patients may experience misdiagnosis or delayed diagnosis before confirmation by a doctor.
