@SkySportsGolf is it just me but did I see John Rahm take free relief during during his 3rd round using his driver with the head cover still on....is that not against the rules....?

@ewenmurray77 Is it just me....but during John Rahms third round on the front 9 I saw him take a free drop from a fence but in doing so used his driver with the head cover still on it to measure 2 Club lengths....is that not against the rules....?

PGA championship....did I just see John Rahm take a free drop during the front 9 of his 3rd round, but used his driver with the head cover still on it....thought that was against USGA rules....?
