@Jackspektra Heavily agree the game lacks empathy and breeds sociopathic behaviour in young men. Stopped playing halfway through this year after hitting top 700 and it’s crazy realising how toxic it is once you leave that environment you’re so used to everyday. Really unhealthy and toxic 🙃

@DavidWhyms Always sleep well when I exercise, also having a bed time routine where the light in my room is dimmer/ I increase my body temperature by having a shower or making sure my room is warm / my bed is warm before I sleep.
Last thing I’ve tried is reading a book , all combined = 🐐

@manlikezari @skooch So true they made the game more team oriented , but the community breeds awful unhealthy behaviour. And it seems euw anyway is full of awful people who thrive in this space of no consequences for their actions
