Hellraiser got an age rating in germany, all good.
Then some fukin german state vetoes it
Gets taken off german steam
Then its back on steam
But it doesnt have an age rating so I cant be legally sold.

@Kskmuietsied yep well mostly its done in photoshop abusing the vector tool so its arguable if its actual art, I havent drawn anything on paper in years.
The vector tool does a lot of heavy lifting.
