@MoreBitterMess Thank you 💖 It was long ago & I definitely have a good set of stretches & tools to help myself day to day now! I bet sports is a big cause of his pain! (I was “excused” from running in high school gym because it was so hard on my joints, can’t say I was sad about that 🤣)
