Horrible fridges, worse customer service, no help at all. We refuse to pay for a product we don't even own & was never delivered into our home. We’re one a handful I know personally w/ issues, faulty products & horrible customer service. 🤬 AVOID @SamsungUS like the plague. 😤

Instead of a resolution, we got an e-mail stating our cart was loaded and we needed to check out. #areyoukiddingme One of the @SamsungUS reps ADDED a phone & accessories to our cart instead of cancelling our account completely from damaged REFUSED delivery 2+ weeks ago. #WHAT

After MANY disconnected phone calls later (EVERY TIME we got transferred we got disconnected or hung up on)h Had to re-explain all issues to at LEEAST 7 different @SamsungUS reps before we got any kind of progress...or so we though....but still no such luck.

The @SamsungUS nightmare continues, we refused delivery on damaged fridge, cancelled order Aug. 9th, requested refund. Logged into acct. to make sure it’s closed, still shows a $3800 balance w/1st payment on Sept. 3rd. 🤦🏻‍♀️ Not paying for a fridge we do never took possession of.🤯
