It is with great sadness that we mourn the passing of ALESSA, who left us on September 5th.

A classically trained pianist and DJ/producer with perfect pitch, ALESSA brought a rare combination of musicality, energy, and passion to the electronic music scene. From her beginnings in classical music to stages across Asia, she built a unique artistic identity that connected the worlds of music, performance, and beauty.

Her music was released on internationally respected labels, earning support from artists including Hardwell, KSHMR, W&W, and Sander van Doorn. She also made history with Japan’s first DJ x Orchestra concert, further demonstrating her vision and versatility as an artist.

We are deeply honored that ALESSA’s music is part of the EDM Publishing catalog. Her work will remain a lasting part of her artistic legacy and continue to live through the music she created.

Our deepest condolences to her family, friends, colleagues, fans, and everyone who had the privilege of knowing her and experiencing her music.
