One of the books I'm listening to now has surprisingly lazy editing. Tongue clicks and gasps that weren't edited out constantly. It's kind of shocking that a traditionally published and professionally recorded audio book didn't do the minimum work that I do in my podcast.

I'm going to be recording my own audio book for my first book soon, and so I'm listening to some professionally done ones to study and prepare. I'm learning a few things.
1. I don't really like music except at chapter breaks.
2. Editing is just as important as it is in podcasts.

@RollPlayersWin I have an official ADHD diagnosis, but I have suspicions about ASD. I wouldn't say I am autistic for sure, but it wouldn't surprise me.
