#KeepInMind is a youth-led campaign fighting for an end to mental health stigma in the UK by changing the way young people speak about mental health. ๐
#KeepInMind is officially one year old!
The campaign started on the 23rd July 2019 in my living room, and the things we have achieved together has been nothing short of amazing!
Here are some of my personal highlights ๐๐ฝ
This #SuicidePreventionDay, we'll be sharing some resources and techniques that we've found helpful to help us get through tougher times.
First up is @calmharmapp, which is a really good app for preventing self harm and distracting from suicidal thoughts ๐
5. Checking in on your friends and sharing helplines is absolutely vital, but that alone won't end suicide.
We need to fund mental health services more and work to ensure no one ever reaches that crisis point.
Today is World Suicide Prevention Day.
We know that it can be scary talking to someone about their suicidal feelings, but it really can make a difference.
We've put together some tips to help. #WSPD2020
Itโs #WorldSuicidePreventionDay tomorrow, so weโre asking journalists to remember our Media Guidelines for Reporting Suicide.
Evidence shows that the way suicide is reported really matters. Please keep it safe #WSPD2020 https://t.co/5CCP0QY1fW
It's #WorldSuicidePreventionDay and as Hayley has perfectly articulated here, suicide prevention is far more than crisis helplines.
Even though these are life saving for some, we have to put funding and effort into ensuring that people never reach that point.
Our #SuicidePrevention Manager Liam Yule answers your questions on how to help someone youโre worried about, stigma and living with suicidal thoughts. Watch the full video now: https://t.co/Y8DSciCjE3 #SuicidePreventionWeek

One year ago today, #KeepInMind made an appearance in the House Of Commons...
One year later later and we are still fighting for young people's mental health ๐๐
I cannot thank Martin Whitfield enough for all the support he has given the campaign!
#MentalHealthAwareness
Hey everyone!
I want to say a huge thank you to everyone who has continued to support #KeepInMind these past few weeks.
Due to personal circumstances, I have had to take a wee break from mental health campaigning but I will be back to the regular posts very soon!
Take care. โค๏ธ
