When Emergency! premiered in January 1972, there were only 12 paramedic units operating in all of North America. The show played a massive role in standardizing and expanding pre-hospital care, and within just a few years, 46 states passed legislation authorizing field paramedics

NEWS: SpaceX President and COO Gwynne Shotwell gifts 2 million+ shares worth ~$320 million to children's Trump Accounts (Source: Gwynne Shotwell on X, July 6)

Shotwell and her husband Robert will gift 1 SpaceX share to each of 2 million+ American children.

The gift targets kids ages 11-17 in lower-income areas. Extra emphasis goes to families near their central Texas home.

Shares stay locked until each child turns 18.

Shotwell hopes the gift inspires the next generation to keep "enabling humanity to live and fly amongst the stars."

Trump Accounts launched July 4 through the Invest America program. Kids born 2025-2028 get a $1,000 Treasury seed. Older kids get accounts but no federal deposit.

Shotwell's gift lands on exactly that group. The kids the law left out.

SpaceX joins the Nasdaq-100 tomorrow.
