@abazwhyllzz We run a pickup-station network, helping e-commerce customers conveniently receive and return their packages through locations across Lagos and Ogun State. 📦
@hy_wemmy Life happens. Not everyone likes disturbing people or asking them to come to their rescue. The present economic situation in the country can make even the strongest person look weak.
I’m begging you to kill your fear of being seen. Visibility is your birthright, People need to know you. Infact, treat showing up as putting out data that will help your people find you. You’re not showing up to and for everybody, you’re showing up to and for your people!
@LeilaHormozi Speed matters, but I’ve also learned that moving fast in the wrong direction can be expensive. The real advantage is knowing when to move quickly and when to slow down.
@Jayyanginspires I wouldn’t say one is overrated. I have found that selling to businesses can give you volume, but the expectations are usually much higher too.
@Olking07 I’ve had seasons where the results were nowhere near the effort. The temptation to quit was real. Looking back, consistency during those quiet periods mattered more than motivation.
@The_Great_JiRI I learned this from running multiple locations. Revenue can look impressive until you account for everything it takes to generate it. Profit tells a very different story.
@Risk2Earn I’ve learned this the hard way. In business, some opportunities don’t wait for you to fix your situation. Speed can be the difference between surviving and growing.
At some point, I stopped asking, “Is this station busy?”
I started asking, “Does this station make economic sense?”
That changed everything.
Traffic is exciting, but revenue, costs and sustainability are what determine whether a location deserves to stay.

But relationships alone don't build a business.
At some point, someone has to trust you enough to give you an opportunity.
That trust is not demanded.
It is earned through consistency, keeping your word and showing up when it matters.
#BuildingVES
One lesson I keep learning is that relationships matter.
A conversation can become an introduction.
An introduction can become an opportunity.
Sometimes, one person believing in what you're building can open a door you couldn't open alone.

For a long time, I thought asking for help meant I had failed.
Then I realised something:
No founder builds anything significant alone.
Sometimes the smartest move isn't working harder.
It's finding someone who has already solved the problem.
#BuildingVES
Then I discovered the downside of being able to make things work.
You start believing you can fix almost anything.
That confidence is useful when you're building.
But if you don't learn when to ask for help, it can become a weakness.
