@Crocs horrible customer service, when emailing issues to customer service, they keep sending form emails req same information, in relation to a discount code I was offered email, original email to customer service had the attachments of the offer, read my email.

So imagine my surprise when I find out when @paramountplus charges me a full yearly charge of 99.00, when yesterday agent reassured me multiple times she saw the 50% off I was supposed to get last year— I wanted to switch to month to month

@paramountplus I spoke with someone yesterday about yearly charge for the service, wanted to switch it to monthly- agent assured me if I stayed with my yearly, I’d get the 50% off I was to have gotten last year, so I uncancelled yearly, now being charged 99.00
