@RorSyns@iantrrutherford@celtic_ma1888 Worse, how? There's no comparison to the biggest paedo ring in sporting history and only sick individuals pretend there is. Or make out their rivals are somehow worse than a 40 year ring were the club rehired a known paedo allowing him to continue with others for decades.
@att_att_1980 You admitted nobody appealed it. It is the binding law 👨⚖️ You got taken to school on corporate law, court structures, and just the basic facts. Can you show me where it hurts? 🤣🤣
Aye, keep X logged in so you can read it again 😂😂
@att_att_1980 "It could have been appealed if they had the money" is the most pathetic retreat yet 😭😭
They didn't appeal it. So it remains the binding legal fact. You lost the debate on actual Scots law and now you're arguing hypotheticals. Just log off, man. You're done for the night 🤣🤣
@att_att_1980 Nice try, but the receipts are right there in the thread. You explicitly claimed Lord Glennie’s ruling wasn't a binding test in a court of law. It was 🤣🤣🤣
@att_att_1980 Keep going, you can correct yourself a lot more than that 🤥🤡🤣🤣 The liquidators went to the Supreme Court over old company TAX, not the club's history. Lord Glennie's ruling on the club was never appealed 👨⚖️ Class dismissed 👨🏫🤓🤫 🤣🤣
@att_att_1980 A Court of Session Judicial Review judgment is a binding ruling in a court of law, not a legal opinion 🤣 You don't have a clue!
Claiming the club's history is just an opinion like it could be magically reversed is peak delusion 🤣 It’s an absolute legal fact, settled in law. 👨⚖️
@att_att_1980 Lord Glennie’s ruling WAS on the legal status of the club vs owner, not the tax case 🤣🤣 The ASA spent months legally investigating the case and threw it out.
You've written a whole trilogy of replies just to prove you’re rattled 😂😂
10/10 for the mental gymnastics! 🤸♂️🎪🤡😂
@att_att_1980 Claiming the Court of Session, Lord Nimmo Smith, and UEFA rulings are just opinions and not legally tested is peak desperation. It's you who has comforting views, denying the facts and authority rulings 👨⚖️ You can live a fantasy if you want, it's your choice to ignore reality 🤡
@att_att_1980 You clearly do gaf and are emotionally invested in it 🤣 So much so that you put your feelings before the actual facts, whereas I just stick to the facts 🤓 Nothing is debated, that's you putting your feelings first. Rangers FC history is unbroken, there is no debate on it 🤡 🤣
@att_att_1980@Richie_Burke@The3rdFrame@IbroxHQ You're describing a brand new copycat club and equating it to Rangers as if it's the same. So Rangers was built from scratch? 🤣 Charles Green bought the existing 1872 club and its SFA membership directly out of administration before liquidation, which is why history is intact 😂
@att_att_1980 Relying on "Rangers greats" for an interpretation of UK corporate law is hilarious 🤣🤣 They are footballers, not financial experts 😂😂
The actual experts, the SFA, UEFA, and the highest civil court in Scotland, all officially ruled the club survived. Facts over feelings 🤓😂😂
@att_att_1980@Richie_Burke@The3rdFrame@IbroxHQ Third Lanark & Airdrie companies went bust and nobody bought their assets or membership before liquidation same as my Italian examples. Charles Green bought Rangers' assets intact months BEFORE liquidation. There were never "two Rangers", there was the oldco and the newco 🤓
