If you are looking to generate leads on Facebook at $13.24 & convert 85% of those into appointments for your local service business follow these 5 steps.
1. Knowing who your ideal customer is. We we want to tailor the copy and targeting to this.
2. Have multiple strong offers. Facebook ads are not intent based like Google. We need to get people who are on the fence to fill out the form and give us their info.
3. Strong copy and creative. Directly call our your ideal customer and their pain points. The creative needs to be engaging and real.
4. Have a follow up and be quick to call the leads. We use GHL for the majority of our clients which help ensure the leads are being contacted right away & no lead becomes lost.
5. Have solid tracking in place. If you tell Facebook who your ideal customer is, it will optimize for people who actually want to buy from you.

No one wants to stop and read ads
Here’s how you can keep them looking at your ad a bit longer so they turn into a lead
Tell them exactly what they’ll get, experience and feel
Be as specific as possible
Exclusivity isn’t something that you can say it has to be felt
An easy way to do this is by showing social proof of your work
Film a quick 5 second vid or take a photo of what you’re doing for the day and put it up on your story and company story on socials
Connect facebook/google, your crm and zapier together so they the lead gets sent to your crm
Put an automated text and email sequence so that the lead gets contacted instantly
Send yourself an email with zapier every time you get a new lead and hit dial as fast you can
Get to your leads before anyone else
Use Hubspot CRM if you’re getting off the ground
Jobber’s CRM if you’re scaling
Setup a view in your crm
New leads not contacted
Contacted no conversation
Booked estimate
Follow up
X emoji : we’re taking on 5 more roof repairs at 15% off because its the start of summer holidays!
Check emoji: I want to max out my team's pay this month before we take them on vacation. We only have 5 job openings this month and we’re offering 15% off to get them paid
Every promotion you make for your home service business needs to have a valid reason
If you don’t have one your customers will just know to wait for a good discount before they buy
If you have a recurring service, the best way to get someone onto the recurring plan is by providing a great introductory service or value add for them to get onto your recurring plan
This works best if its something that’s perceived as highly valuable and doesnt cost too much or take too much time to deliver
Ex: free lawn aeration if you sign up for bi-monthly lawn maintenance
Ex 2: free gutter cleaning if you buy roof cleaning and pressure washing
Send 1 email and text that gets rid of an objection for the first 14 days then once/twice a week until they unsubscribe, buy or get back to you
Set these up to send out in jobber, hubspot or any other CRM and respond back to the interested replies
Underrated hack to turn more leads into sales: automated sequences
Setup 4 followup sequences
New lead
Pre call for estimates
Post call for estimates
Long term followup
Showing something unique makes them truly think about your ad
Ex: dandelions are growing so hire us so you don’t fall on them
Ex 2: don’t slide down your driveway, hire us to shovel your snow
One thing you’re not taking advantage of is giving a logical reason why consumers should buy and combining it with humour
Most companies use the most logical reasons to make someone buy but your audience has seen those before and will just scroll or not care
There’s one thing you’re missing that makes home owners buy your home service services and you NEED both
Most companies just focus on being in the right place at the right time and there’s nothing wrong with that
Ask chat gpt to come up with the 30 most common objections a consumer will have when buying your service
Film 30-60s vids answering those questions (this is what i’m doing in this post)
Put the videos on your socials
