8 phone calls! every time told be reasonable and wait for an email that never arrives, they lie, first a problem with system, next they claim card has expired (it hasn’t) now 4 times they say they have escalated it. 16yr old daughter on min wage and they steal her money!!

@RishiSunak It costs you nothing to allow ltd company directors to claim furlough to live but let them work on their business to help it survive! Yet you allow self employed to claim SEISS AND WORK FULLTIME! This is discrimination!!!!
