@feliciaday Need to get back to reading The Expanse (am up to Book 5). Star Wars was decent enough. Glad that the Canadian sci-fi series Travelers is back with Season 2. I like that show.

@worldofhiglet It got to be where it was hit or miss, but gave me trouble for two days afterward. Then it got so I didn't enjoy how it made me feel at all and then it just wasn't worth it to drink any more. Plus now I'm pretty low-carb too.

@worldofhiglet I haven't had alcohol in years, so don't pay much attention to drinking games any more. It started causing me too much depression problems (same with caffeine). Better off without either.

Just got on the scale after the holidays and found I've lost weight. Down to 136 lbs. With the stomach problems, I haven't felt like eating much lately.

@stevekaw We just hit 2018 here. I'm awake. Didn't hear much, but it's damned cold out (23 degrees, low est to be 20 by morning). That's quite chilly for these parts.

Did have a pretty good Christmas despite my stomach problems. Went down to Austin, had Christmas with my pregnant cousin and then we drove over to Lafayette and visited with my brother and his kids for a couple days.

Bummer. Was supposed to go to a New Years Eve party tonight, but a water pipe broke at the host's house so it's been postponed until next weekend.
