I'm prepared to go to jail over this.
My grandmother Rita Pete went to St. Mary's Indian Residential School. She experienced terrible abuse. As a consequence, she struggled with alcohol use most of her life.
My mother was born with FASD as a consequence of her using alcohol to cope with her trauma.
I am Chief of my community Chawathil First Nation. I am working to address the longstanding impacts of these past policies through renovating homes, building new homes, creating childcare, and growing businesses through economic development.
I have interviewed people who went to Indian Residential Schools. I have interviewed people who believe Indian Residential Schools were awful, horrible schools, meant to remove the Indian from the child.
I've also interviewed people who believe they were well intended, generous investments by Canadian taxpayers meant to assimilate a society and had shortcomings.
Like with many things, the history is dark, complicated, and with any policy that existed for a long time, across a whole country - there were different experiences.
No one story tells us everything. No report shares the full experience of the individuals who went. No commentator today can disprove someone's lived experience with statistics.
The path forward is not to criminalize speech, questions, or debate.
The path forward is empathy for past attendees.
The path forward is truth based on facts.
The path forward is real conversations.
The path forward is to lean into complexity.
If the government criminalizes this, then I will be a criminal for having these conversations.
If I am a criminal by the laws definition, then I am committed to going to jail over this.

Over 10 years of Liberal ‘leadership’ brought us here.
WE SHOULD NOT ACCEPT THIS NOR CAN WE GO ON LIKE THIS.

I always thought the role of media was to hold the powerful accountable and to unapologetically seek the truth.
Apparently, the CBC views it as trying to deceive and trick individual citizens (and opposition Members of Parliament) into bizarre and intentional “traps”.
It’s something you would expect from a university fraternity, not a taxpayer-funded broadcaster.
I want answers. Why is the taxpayer-funded broadcaster contacting Canadians and a Member of Parliament in disguise and trying to trick us into participating in a twisted social experiment, in partnership with American leftists like Igor Vamos?
Will taxpayers also need to cover the legal bills for CBC in the inevitable lawsuits they are about to face?
I interviewed more than 300 Canadians for my documentaries (and didn't receive any taxpayer money).
Not once did I engage in garbage like this.
Carbon Tax is a SCAM.
Net Zero is a SCAM
Climate Change is a SCAM
Everything in Canada is designed to keep you in a perpetual Tax Scam.
Boot on the neck 24/7
Time to end the Liberal Reign of terror on hard working Canadians.
Rob Carrick, a columnist for the Globe and Mail, supports the idea of opening government-owned grocery stores on the premise that “we’ve tried everything else and it didn’t work.”
Well, have we?
Interprovincial trade barriers are still there. Supply management is still there. The industrial carbon tax is still there. Our poor logistics are still there. Retail price distortions are still there. The overwhelming red tape is still there.
Tried everything? Not quite. https://t.co/bs3wS3dAbo
HOLY COW.
Same oil price.
Totally different reality.
2014: $100 oil → $1.30/L gas
Today: $100 oil → $1.85/L gas
That’s a 50¢ jump with NO change in global price.
What changed?
Higher taxes
More debt
Weaker dollar
They didn’t fix affordability. They BROKE IT
FOR ALL YOU POILIEVRE HATERS:
ADMIT IT: You know nothing about the man except what you have been told by the leftist media.
ACCEPT IT: Poilievre is not responsible for your gnawing hatred... You are.
FACE IT: Gullibility and hate are the products of a mediocre intellect.
If our dollar was at par with the US dollar, fuel prices would be 40% cheaper.
But it's not, because our economy is weak, our "leadership" is weak, and we print too much money.
That is 100% the fault of our own govt. We can't blame Trump for this one.
Top British attorney Natasha Hausdorff stunned the audience by completely destroying the Palestinian narrative about the conflict. The truth the world refuses to accept:
Palestine never existed as a sovereign Arab state.
The British Mandate of Palestine was a British territory taken from the defeated Ottoman Empire after 1917. Jews lived continuously in the Holy Land for centuries — long before modern Zionism. They were the majority in Jerusalem under Ottoman rule. Jews legally bought desert land (including the area that became Tel Aviv) and turned it into thriving cities and kibbutzim. Not a single Arab was displaced by these purchases.
The Arabs rejected the 1947 UN partition plan and launched war to destroy the newborn Jewish state. They lost. During that war, Arab armies ordered local Arabs to flee so they could “push the Jews into the sea.” Many did exactly that.
Israel has never committed genocide. It has fought for survival against repeated attempts to commit genocide against the Jewish people. Hamas, Hezbollah, and Iran’s regime are the real obstacles to peace in the Middle East.
The historical facts are clear. The propaganda is not.

🇨🇦 Starting May 1, 2026, Canada introduced co-payments for refugees and similar groups, about $4 per prescription and roughly 30% of the cost for certain additional services like dental and vision care.
Meanwhile, Canadians without comparable health coverage through their employers have to pay 100% of those costs.
It must be nice to come to another country, never contribute to its growth or economy, yet receive benefits that citizens who’ve worked for years don’t get.
The Canadian government is putting immigrants ahead of its own people.
THIS is how it starts.
Aaron Gunn is calling it out and he’s not backing down.
A government that:
Bought support to manufacture a majority
Stacked committees
Then shut them down to avoid scrutiny
That’s not leadership. That’s control.
And nobody voted for THIS.

Germany built one of the largest wind and solar fleets on Earth.
It dismantled its nuclear power stations and retired its coal, with the promise that green energy would power its future.
The country spent billions transitioning.
Then winter arrived, and "Dunkelflaute" hit - the dark windless dead zone. Wind and solar fell to barely 5% of demand. The grid staggered. And Germany was forced to fire up old coal plants it said had closed forever, and import expensive nuclear from France.
This is the physics politicians fail to mention, and a point many people still fail to grasp.
When the wind dies and the sun sets, renewables disappear. And the only way the grid survives, the only reason countless millions don't freeze to death, is thanks to oil, coal, nuclear and gas.
