Aged for 12 months in bourbon barrels to allow the flavours deepen and develop over time. We then added vanilla, tonka, cocoa and coffee beans. This is rich, full bodied stout.

The latest revival from our Endangered Species series as we celebrate our 10th birthday, Call of Juicy: Black Hops has long been one of our favourite releases and names we have had to date. It also marks the 50th release of the series.

Last Friday, we marked 10 years of Wicklow Wolf with an unforgettable Long Table Beer Dinner at the Grain Store, @killruddery.

A night filled with great company, incredible food, and, of course, exceptional beer! Thank you to everyone who joined us!

Locavore Autumn 2024 champions Wicklow and Irish terroir brewed using locally grown Irish barley. A BA Irish Barleywine aged for 12 months in ex Olorosso & ex Pedro Ximinez barrels, that had @fercullenwhisky 21 year old Single Malt Whiskey aged in them.
