Trump cut legal immigration IN HALF: the State Department issued just 26,000 immigrant visas in February, compared with an average of 52,000 a month before he took office.

The NYT says his policies made it "all but impossible" to immigrate from 91 countries and cut the visas available to another 61 🔥
