@603IronMarshal2 @GregMooreNH The fifth amendment very clearly says that private property shall not be taken for public use without compensation. Zoning is a taking of property rights by the public without compensation. It tells property owners what they can and cannot do with their own property.

@NHVOICEOFFICIAL I did not claim I was on the primary ballot. He won the primary and then called me and asked me - repeatedly - to take his place on the ballot because he had just been diagnosed. We followed the process prescribed by state law. The election was legitimate.
