Outside of the rookies, udfa wr's, horrible line, no running game, bad coaching, he wasn't even being developed properly as a rookie. He got his first meaningful reps after the Ravens game. This is on top of everything else listed above

Answer is No. Also he didn't play with rookies and UDFA at WR & RB. Then saying the Saints and Giants offenses are equally as bad as the Browns is a flat out lie

He had multiple games of 2+ interceptions and was sacked 7 times in one game as well. The difference was his team and coaching were superior. Stop arguing football. Logic kills
