The Wiltshire community NHS staff are being DENIED the lump sum pay award. Part of which is a thankyou payment for covid. WHAT AN ABSOLUTE JOKE. We worked SO hard & continue to do so with the ongoing effects of covid, despite being told we don't hit NHS criteria for the pay award

Ps @sallynugent @SteveBarclay we have vital community wards... we have follow up in the community, we have social and health care co-ordinators supporting patients at home with errands, appointments paperwork. But you have written the entire community services off in Wiltshire!

We are owned by the NHS & by not recognising the NHS community services as NHS you are going to create a 2 tier NHS system with harder NHS community recruitment & retention when we are such a BRILLIANT service! PLEASE FIX THIS.
